Lawrence Welk TimeShare Resort-CA-2010

WoW! We spent one week at a 5 star timeshare resort at Cave Creek the 2nd week of Jan 2010. I wrote another article about that resort earlier. It was fantastic. However, nothing prepared us for the Lawrence Welk timeshare resort at Escondito, CA one week later. It was above a 5 star rating as far as we were concerned. The trade in cost was $139 for one week at a two bedroom sleep 8 unit. It was approximately 1400 square feet including the lock off apartment. The lock off apartment was not much small and had its own kitchen facilities. Our brothers husband had her own apartment with a door between both units that we kept open most of the time. The resort had everything you can imagine for entertainment. It would be a kids dream playground. This resort is definitely worth trading into if you have a chance to do so. To buy one week at this resort it would cost around $45,000 but we found one on the Internet after we left for $8,000 by a private party.
